“We were stranded in Matthews, MO and this hotel was very accommodating to our situation. The staff were professional and friendly! The manager even had a staff member provide us with a ride to the nearest car rental place. The hotel was clean with great amenities! We even received a call after our visit to let us know we had left a television behind. We are forever grateful for the compassion we were shown during our stay here!”

“Homegate Inn is an older property and there is some noticeable wear and tear on the exterior. My room appears to have been updated recently with new bedding and furniture. Had a nice tv with tons of channels. Heat and air worked very well. Plenty of hot water. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice desk and chair, tv, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, dresser, large closet. Bath was clean and nice. Check-in was fast and easy. Owner and staff were friendly and attentive. Reelfoot Lake……
