A convenient walk to work with a nearby covered walkway allowing passage to the nearby medical facilities. • Children's Hospital Colorado • UC Health University of Colorado Hospital • Anschutz Medical Campus • V.A. Eastern Colorado Health Care Hospital • A short 1.1-mile drive to Health One Medical and Rehabilitation Hospital The first floor has an open living concept with a hardwood floor. The large living area is hard to capture. Included is high speed internet, along with a large TV and comfortable Ethan Allen furniture. The Kitchen is fully furnished. It is stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and bakeware. The floor plan is open with a large dining area. A clean and fully functionable area includes new fixtures. The floor plan is open with a large dining area. A new Z-line computer desk fits in the corner with plenty of room to work. A clean and fully functionable area includes new fixtures, fresh paint, and beautiful flooring. The home has three bedrooms upstairs. The second floor features a spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet and 3/4 bath. Two large bedrooms that share a 1 full bathroom. New carpet, new beds, dressers, and clean linins. There are two and ¾ bathrooms throughout the home. The first ½ Bath is on the first floor. The upstairs master bedroom includes a private ¾ bath. The third is a full bathroom that is located in between the two bedrooms. The fenced yard provides privacy.
