Straight forward drive in from the north and parking at the hotel was, as mentioned in the hotel information, limited. The staff were helpful and dealt quickly with my check in and out. The room was clean, and had just what is needed. My room on the fifth floor gave a good view of the city. It’s close to the main shopping area and attractions, so a quick walk in. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a good-quality bed that made it easy to get a proper night’s sleep. Everything was spotless, and the facilities were exactly what I needed for a relaxed and stress-free stay. The bathroom was clean and well laid out, with good water pressure and plenty of towels. The staff deserve a special mention – friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which I really appreciated. This stay was part of a working trip for Lonely Traveler Productions, a media company, and the hotel provided an ideal base. The calm environment, reliable facilities, and professional service made it easy to relax after a busy day and stay focused on work. Overall, the Leonardo Hotel offered excellent value for money, comfort, and service. So we came back on a good night out ,to the room and still no sheets or duvet. It was too late to complain so I left it ,and had to borrow a sheet from my friends bed . I was not to happy .
