We have visited Paris many times, but we have never stayed anywhere quite as clean, safe, modern and beautiful as this. From the warm welcome and genuinely friendly staff to the immaculate apartment itself, every detail was simply perfect. “羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。”

“Our stay at My Maison In Paris was absolutely perfect, largely due to the incredible convenience of having a private washer and dryer right inside our apartment, we could wash clothes when we were out and about and returned to fresh laundry. They provided everything needed to use the machine immediately, including premium laundry pods, a clothing steamer, and an iron. “フロントスタッフが居ない事、部屋の清掃、タオル交換が別料金である事を予約前に確認すべきでした。格安なホテルのこのシステムが今一般的なのでしょうがスタッフとの連絡が取れないのが大変不便でした。　特にセイフティーボックスが故障した緊急事態でも「スタッフは行けない」「電話をしろ」との返答をエクスペリアを通して伝えられただけでした。　部屋は新しく清潔でキッチンも整っておしゃれなタイニーハウスの様で快適です　観光拠点にも最高でしたが不安だらけの滞在でした。”
