"The front desk is far too small for a hotel of this size, and there were not enough staff available to assist guests. It was especially crowded around check-in time, and my room was not ready until after 3:00 p.m. That said, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The room was large enough that we were able to stay comfortably despite some of the other shortcomings.
However, the amenities were very limited. The body wash and hand soap were the same product, and there was no shampoo or conditioner provided, which was disappointing.
Overall, the room size, cleanliness, and location were good, but the limited amenities and understaffed front desk could definitely be improved."
