“Riverside Central Apartments was terrible. Do not book this apartment if you (1) want an engaged owner or (2) habitable accommodation that you can actually sleep in. Communication: host did not respond to any messages on Expedia chat, but luckily I was able to get contact details for the owner via Expedia customer services. However, this was useless as communications with owner were terrible - messages were ignored, and only responded to once Expedia chased. his happened on multiple occasions……

“It is in a great location, near everything. It is a bit dark, rundown, and damp, and the wifi was not good enough to stream or upload photos. The room was large and had a good fridge. I didn't use either of the shared kitchens. Stay here for the location at a good price.”

Temizlik berbat. 7gün konaklamaya bir adet havlu konulmuş, yenisini isteyince marketten alın denildi.. sadece bu kadar da değil ama gerisini siz düşünün işte. Daha fazla para verip başka bi yerde kalın demiyorum daha düşük para verin yine de başka bi yerde kalın. ”

The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed – a full kitchen, washing machine, kitchen utensils and even little treats waiting for us upon arrival. The location is excellent – close to everything but quiet and cozy. The staff was kind, available for any questions and gave a real sense of caring and wholehearted service. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. We felt……

Apartment was clean, with comfortable beds, and amazing view to the city & mountains. If we visit Tbilisi again, definately coming back to this place. ”

“Accommodation was excellent, beautiful view from the room, lovely and clean. host was excellent, can’t say about breakfast as we didn’t have any but it looked good! Hotel is quite a way up a hill so be prepared to get the legs working, we’ve been back 3 days and mine are still aching!!”
