“This cute little place was just enough. We planned our lodging late and were blessed to find a clean, adorable home with nice touches like LED fireplaces, nice TVs, and a porch swing on the back deck. The kitchen is equipped enough to make various meals, maybe not if you’re a self-taught chef like my husband LOL but we certainly didn’t starve and we did cook salmon in foil pouches over the outdoor fire pit that has a cooking grate. The kids had so much fun with that and roasting marshmallows and……

“The area was remote, peaceful, and beautiful. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Robin the owner was warm, welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended. ”

“We loved our stay here. It is in the country with beautiful views. We had deer that came within a couple hundred feet of us as we sat on the back deck in the morning. Although it is off the beaten path, it is still very easy to get to several locations on the bourbon trail. There are steep steps to the rear entrance, but we knew this from pictures and had no issues with it. We kept purchases in the lower level (garage) so we did not have to carry it up the steps. We kept very busy, so we did not……

“Ideal location to split time between Mammoth Cave National Park and stops along the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. The area surrounding the unit was perfect with several restaurants, shops, and coffee houses just around the corner. It was great to have a dedicated parking space as well. The unit is well appointed and the layout was perfect for our four day stay.”

“It’s an obviously new facility so very clean. Could use carpet and curtains to keep noise down and a better stocked kitchen for people who actually cook and bake. Some appliances and countertops are better for tall people. Plenty of thick towels and comfortable sleeping options. ”
