“I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off. We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest. Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved.. Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like……

“Ok, I’m a boomer, I had difficulty with the smart keypad. Room appeared clean but floor was dirty, which I discovered when I walked in bare feet. Shower had cold water in the morning. Management was defensive when I explained my experience.”

“This is definitely not an ocean view property and beach access is quite a bit away. The property had several poorly repaired items, there was an electrical issue impacting the lights, the amenities were poorly maintained, the unit was lacking in typical amenities, the housekeeper was completely unprofessional and aggressive, and they do not allow for late check out which matters when you’re traveling with children especially given one of our children is special needs. “The property was clean and the A/C wes good. But the dresser was missing knobs and the stools were broken. Only one glass cup was there . I called many times to expand my staying one more night, I got the answer a couple of hours before I checked out. It was too late.”
