“Only 15 minutes from Athens. We stayed after a late UGA game and was so easy to get to. Quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed for a quick get away. Would have been easy to cook our own meals if we needed to. Large refrigerator! Host was easy to reach with questions. ”

“Perfect location for my quick overnight. Know Athens well as previous resident. Great privacy, location a quick walk or uber and snap you’re downtown/Sanford Stadium. Super easy to find, you feel like you’re in the woods with all the evergreens/green vegetation. Clean, equipped with what you need for overnight or longer stay. Location awesome for college campus/downtown you name it.”

While the owner did respond quickly to messages, there was no reimbursement offered after the first night when the air conditioning stopped working, which made the stay very uncomfortable and we were forced to stay at a nearby hotel. The property was not clean—dust was visible in several places and we also noticed bugs inside. The pool was filled with leaves and clearly not maintained, and the backyard was in poor……
