“Great property if you are visiting Berea. Good location close to town. Clean, good amenities, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, cozy, off street parking.”

“Brand new condo. 2 nice big bedrooms and bathrooms. Very easy check in/out process. Communication with the owner was perfect. Highly recommend!”

“We only stayed two nights, but we wish it could have been longer! Cabin was clean and comfortable. Our host came down and had a long visit with us, and that was delightful. We loved seeing the cows and horses. They were fun to watch and we even got to pet a few of them! ”

“The worst air b and b experience of my life. We travel on weekends often and have stay at air b and b’s often; we understand each property and owner is unique to their approach at hosting. This property was a nightmare. Spiders and webs lined all the ceilings, with bugs all throughout the floors of the rooms. Every crack in the kitchen counter has major crumbs and debris everywhere. Upstairs does not have AC, which was problematic for our visit when it was in the high 80’s and 90’s. The lights……

“Very nice, quiet place with great views. Great location close to our friends!”

“fantastic will stay next time we are in town ”

“This was a very cute and beautifully decorated apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location. We easily walked to a coffee shop, music store, and ice cream parlor. The bed was on the soft side but we slept very well.”

“Our stay with Kay began with prompt communication and dozens of small delights and surprises. A stocked snack basket. Morning caffeine options. Brownies with a gift bow. Included firewood. Assorted toiletries. All at no extra charge; a serious value add. It was immediately apparent that Kay put a lot of thought and care into preparing the property, as if a close friend were staying there. This VRBO has everything you’d need but underwear. So great was the care that if I didn’t have a mother I’d……

“Comfortable clean and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The area for our dog was great she was comfortable too.”

“Very clean. Host was very easy to reach. The snacks were a very nice touch”

“Finding any place other than a hotel miles away from where we wanted to be is a challenge in rural KY. This quaint, vintage apartment was clean, provided comfortable bedding and had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. The restaurant below us had good food and a friendly atmosphere too! We would stay again!”

“Very nice place. Only a quick stay for us but it was a beautiful setting and very nice cabin.”
