“I had a room with a SPA unfortunately the SPA didnt work on my first day but Alosha made sure, that all my complaints were fixed within minutes. He is incredibly friendly and helpful. Same as Simona, who checked me in and out! Very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and in walking distance to all major attractions in Skopje, great restaurants and supermarkets around as well. Easy accessible if you arrive by Bus or Train, even if you fly in you can use Wizi and they will take you to the……

“Døgnåbent reception, som et ældre par passede. Værelserne var fine nok men vi fik en værelse på 4. sal og det var ikke en elevator. En dejlig altan og ca. 1.5 km ind til den gamle bydel og ikke rigtig noget i nærheden. Man skal helst have bil.”

“L’hôtel est neuf, très confortable et propre. Le restaurant est très bon, très belle terrasse. L’accueil a été fantastique, chaleureux, attentionné et généreux. On nous a même offert des sandwiches en partant. Le village est tranquille, tous les gens sont sympathiques. On recommande vivement !”

“This hotel has no pool? or spa? not a 24-hour reception, the door into the property didn't work you had to force it open by hand, it doesnt have 3 restaurants, breakfast was supposed to be included, I had to pay for it?, Worse of all, my toilet didn't flush, which was extremely embarrassing. The hotel is in a good location, the picture shows a barista, not true, very disappointed”
