Terrace with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Enclosed lawned garden (shared). Barbecue (available in summer). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. home. The beds are so comfortable and there is everything you need. Very quiet village with lovely walks close by. Spotlessly clean and Betty is very friendly and informative

Brook Lodge is a lovely, comfortable, homely base for exploring the beautiful Lincolnshire towns, villages and countryside. It is extremely clean and well-equipped (we were even able to cook our evening meals) - and we really appreciated the little extras that greeted us on our arrival! The beds were very comfy, the shower was great, and the lodge was warm and cosy. We will definitely consider booking again, the next time we visit the area!

The cottage was comfortable and the shower was excellent but was disappointed with the lack of information provided both on the local area and instructions on how to use the equipment provided nor any details on local doctors,supermarkets etc also the fridge freezer needs some attention,parking was also a problem at times.
