“I was in town with my friend for a convention. The owner was prompt with communications the entire time of our stay and with me before we arrived. There was an issue with the water supply to the building which was out of her control but she kept us updated and even reimbursed us for a day. The apartment was very clean. Building was quite lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance.I would definitely recommend and will use again when in the area”

“This VRBO was mine and my friend’s first VRBO - and it was exactly as advertised, if not better. We each had our own rooms and own bathroom for about the price of a single room hotel - how can you beat that???Communication with the owners was a breeze.If I’m in the area again, I’ll absolutely stay here a second time. “Have been waiting on a refund from host for over a week. He has been contacted by VRBO & Expedia multiple times without response. I was not going to leave a negative review but the host has left me no choice. We arrived at the property on check in day to a *very strong* odor of moth balls. At first we thought it had just been closed up for a long time & that it would decrease with air circulation. Within 15 minutes, my headache was so bad that I ended up vomiting. The only negative was that the downstairs neighbor would knock on our floor when they felt that our minimal noise level was louder than they had apparently wished for.
