“The smoke alarms go off constantly during the night and according to staff it’s been that way for a year. I chose to leave at 5am with the alarms still going off and wasn’t able to get any kind of breakfast. I did get a refund after discussing it with them for a month.”

“Everything was as expected but the entrance door. That thing was terrible to open or close and if anyone went out it felt like we awoke the entire campground with the loud noise of the door dragging across the floor. The shower/bath house was exceptional. Was a little disappointed for the access to the lake. Very pet friendly and easy access to clean bathrooms!”

“When I checked in the teller was outside the front door, feeding five feral cats, milk and cereal blocking the door. She was annoyed. I was there wouldn’t even consider a late checkout was unkempt. The hotel was a mess. I tried getting a room at a different hotel, but the whole area was booked and had to suffer through it. The workout room was out of order. The pool was locked. There was garbage and trash and feral cats all over the property. It was horrible.”
