"The apartment is good for a short stay in Paris. It is near the central Paris sites and well-connected to the Metro. The size is adequate for 2 people. The only down side is that there isn't much natural light or any view, as it's located within the central courtyard on the building's ground floor. There were some minor maintenance issues (burnt-out lights, shower head that sprayed all over), but we appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit. "

"Asked the owner multiple times before booking if the beds in the upstairs bedrooms were adult size, since the reservation was for 1 adult and 2 older teenages. The single beds upstairs were inadequate, the blue bed is a childs bed and an adult can only fit diagonal. When the owner was asked about this, after checking in, the owner replied that adults had made it work before.... no pillows were supplied, aside from couch throw pillows, the extra bedroom in the basement wasnt usable ( it was musty...

"très déçus par la propreté de la maison. Maison non entretenue dommage car pourrait être très agréable : les chambres correctes sauf une avec alèse sur matelas traces noires. Salles de bains et cuisines très sales : traces de gras et autres sur portes meubles, tiroirs non organisés et très encrassés, frigos non nettoyés (1 poivron pourri dans frigo rez); nous avons dû relaver la vaisselle, verres, tasses, couverts avant utilisation et décaper les douches avant utilisation : voir ci-dessous un...
