"Everything was great from check-in to check-out. They didn’t have a downstairs room, but the upstairs room was great. Love the updated room. Shower was powerful and felt wonderful! Needed more blankets/covers on the bed though. Gotta remember to take my own next time. A/C and fridge got really cold. Came back to the room last night and two guys were sitting on the stairs directly in front of my room door, rolling a blunt. They didn’t even want to move so we could get by with all our stuff. No fault of the hotel’s though. There wasn’t an iron or ironing board in the room, but I had taken my own iron. I called the front desk and they had an ironing board there. I got dress shoes delivered from Walmart across the street, as I was there for my aunt’s funeral and I forgot to take mine. They were there in 20 minutes!! Also, Wendy’s is a walk across the parking lot. There is also a gas station across the street that sales excellent food. Great location."

"Stayed to attend Reds Fest. Great location, not far from the MLK Park, Reds, and Ground Zero. Lobby and rooms clean, common kitchen accessible for guest. Check in is all automated, so no front desk. Owner very nice person"

"Libby is a very professional and responsive host. The place was perfect for my needs, allowed my dog, easy to get to town, yet also a bit on outskirts so not surrounded by hustle and bustle. Pleasant, rustic vibe, relaxing, and would definitely stay again."

"The staff were friendly and kind. We checked in before a major storm which caused the roof to leak over our bed. I called the front desk and was moved immediately. Also they are renovating the hotel so it makes the hotel look rundown. Once they finish I’m sure that will all change. Overall a good experience."

"We needed last minute accommodations to attend a funeral and we were traveling with dogs. The owner was very accommodating and responsive and the guesthouse suited our needs perfectly. I would definitely recommend this."

"There was a total of 15 of us, Siblings with our children. We had a great time with thoroughly enjoyed the pool and all the laughter just hanging out playing games and eating meals together. A great place for a lot of people."
