“This was a beautiful hotel close to the best part of North Adams. The gallery on the lobby floor gives it an upscale vibe but without too high a price tag. It was very convenient for our college visit to Williams College. It was very quiet even directly across from the elevator. The beds were very comfortable. The coffee was good. But,my one note would be there wasn't anything else offered for breakfast that my picky eater teenager would eat.”

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. “We were disappointed that this "Inn" is really an older motel, run together with another older motel across the highway and a converted barn/restaurant. We should have read the descriptions and reviews more carefully. On return, after checking the listing, it was perfectly clear.
