“Excellent hotel, all staff are amazing, got upgraded to executive room with no extra charge with breakfast, made my day.
Helpful tip - Palm Mall/Aura Skyview/Palm View is 10 mins walking distance, dont use Google maps, just ask the friendly staff and they will guide you through”

“Very friendly staff. Some issues with our room occasionally but this was dealt with promptly. Food options on offer could be better. I would definitely stay here again. The kids loved it too and made friends with the ladies at the front desk, i cannot praise them enough.”

“This was a lovely hotel on the palm. Most staff are very attentive. Rooms exceptionally cleaned regularly. Service in the bar was hit or miss. We managed to have a room right next to the 24/7 construction site. But tbh it was white noise. Imagine some people would not be happy. ”

Close to marina area
