we arrived. The hotel was busy, but check in was a breeze. They have many dining options. The first night we did not eat at a restaurant because we had returned late from a desert safari. We did however get a drink at the Arabian nights lounge which was very nice. All of the staff at the lounge were amazing. We left the lounge around 1am, and were hungry so we decided to order room service. The gentlemen who brought our food up was truly amazing, unfortunately I did not get his name. It happened to be my birthday, he brought our food along with a chocolate cake and sang happy birthday to me, it was so nice! The second night we had an absolutely amazing dinner at Nobu, the food and staff there was also amazing. The next morning we decided to walk to the beach to layout. We were greeted by Padam at Palm beach. He escorted us to a perfect spot that had loungers and an umbrella. Padam was absolutely amazing, Not once did we have to look for him, it felt as if he was reading our minds, every time we wanted something he appeared out of no where and took our order, he was probably the most attentive server we have ever had. Overall our stay at the Atlantis was truly amazing. We cannot wait to return.

Complimentary day pass to Aquaventure. One of the best waterpark in the world. Buggy service to theme park. Complimentary access to aquarium. Aquarium is comparatively small to other proper aquariums, but still decent for 1-2hrs.

Amazing 8 night stay. Had a family room which is 2 large connecting rooms, one with a king and one with two doubles. The rooms are kept in perfect condition by the cleaning team - in our case Faruk. The pools are perfect for kids - no deeper than 1.2m. The access to Aquaventure is great - with the park being perfect for families. A kids club was amazing. Our kids actually wanted to go, with the meet the marine expert sessions exciting for them. Food was really good too.

Wow!!! Best Resort and vacation experience ever!!! Service was impeccable and I was addressed by name. The room attendants were excellent and went into lengths to ensure that best service. Food extraordinary. Words cannot begin to express the beauty and opulence of the property. Best experience however was the humbleness and dedication of the staff which was consitently demonstrated.
