Very clean, front desk clerk was terrible there was no greeting and when he got a call I was told to wait. He was even writing something down while in the process of checking me in. Didn’t apologize for it. Breakfast was good.

We had a wonderful stay at Sleep Inn in Durango, Colorado! The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The hotel was spotless, and our room was comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained—exactly what I needed after a long day.
The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything Durango has to offer, yet still peaceful and relaxing. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cleanliness throughout the property.
If you’re looking for a comfortable, affordable, and friendly place to stay in Durango, I highly recommend Sleep Inn. We will definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

Appreciated the staff calling us ahead to inform us of the elevator not working and that they were working on it. The staff was able to give us a room on the 2nd floor which helped with young kids and the load of luggage we had. Would stay again if we pass through town.

I’ve stayed at many hotels—some even more expensive—with both good and bad experiences. From the moment I saw the price, location, and rooms, I already liked this place. But what truly stood out was the service.
We were arriving early from out of town, so we called to ask about early check-in, and they kindly accommodated us right away. I know that’s not always possible, but it made such a difference for us. The staff was genuinely kind and welcoming from start to finish.
The room was very clean, everything was great, and my whole family agreed—this has been one of the best places we’ve stayed.
