Appreciated the staff calling us ahead to inform us of the elevator not working and that they were working on it. The staff was able to give us a room on the 2nd floor which helped with young kids and the load of luggage we had. Would stay again if we pass through town.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything Durango has to offer, yet still peaceful and relaxing. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cleanliness throughout the property.
