“The property was just as described and listed on Vrbo. Check in process was easy. House was clean. We were in town for back to back concerts. Love being able to hang out prior to heading to the shows. The kitchen being stocked allowed us to cook simple meals (breakfast) and save on going to restaurants. If the need to stay in Buffalo came up again, we would without a doubt book this property again!”

“Shannon’s neighborhood house is well-suited for a couple, or a family of four, as a great alternative to another hotel/motel stay. Pros: comfortable beds, nice living room with seating for 4+, cozy little kitchen with glass table for two, W & D to take care of a week’s laundry, entry code and great communications with specific directions & instructions. Cons: small kitchen if more than one is preparing a meal. Overall: loved the convenient location for trips anywhere in the greater Buffalo area……

“This home is very spacious but cozy at the same time. The centralized kitchen served a family of 6 very comfortably, and the sleeping areas were great. Easy to find and a short drive to great places to eat and drink! We recommend Duff’s famous wings—they didn’t disappoint!”

This was our second Christmas staying here and we have already reserved Christmas next year for our annual Christmas visit (my husband is from the area). It was perfect for our little family. Plenty of room, close to grocery store, safe and quiet. Has all of the basics you need other than food. Highly recommend.”

“We rented the entire house. The house is beautiful!! Very nicely decorated. It had plenty of room for all of our family and friends to stay. 3 balconies with tables, chairs, grills, 3 full baths and 7 bedrooms!! It was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. Brita and Velma were responsive and very friendly. My daughter's graduation was three block away so we could walk and not worry about trying to find a place to park. Thank you ladies, for making our celebration so……

“We traveled from Atlanta to spend the holiday with our grandmother and hosted dinner for the family. It was amazing to have so many generations together; eating, fellowshiping, sharing. This house was PERFECT for our gathering. We had space interact without being on top of each other. Parking was difficult, but we made do. We did have and issue with the hot water, but Mr. Joaquin came over and rectified it immediately! He also got the chance to have a little cake with us. 😆”

The furnace downstairs stopped working during our stay. Owner was super responsive. When he couldn't fix the furnace right away, he found a comparable home for us to relocate.”

“We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here.”
