“Our stay was magical. This was the perfect place to have some family time and get away from everything. We so enjoyed the privacy and expanse of open beach to walk and swim. The ocean is steps from the back door and you can sit comfortably on the covered porch for hours. The restaurant a few doors down is a must for good food, welcoming atmosphere and relaxed vibe. “If you want to stay at a quiet, clean, relaxing, safe place, this is it. We cannot say enough good.We found everything in good working order. Any time we needed anything or had a question Leland, the property manager, who lives close by was on it quickly. Having a washer and drier on the property was a great feature. We were there for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute.There is everything there to make sure you have a great time. The front porch is such an amazing place to have coffee and watch……

“We loved this house and having the beach entirely to ourselves. The pool was fantastic, as was the balcony overlooking the ocean. Our group of ten was very comfortable. The house is well-equipped. Plenty of dishes, towels, kitchen stuff….Leyland was very helpful answering questions and Kassi’s takeout down the road really hit the spot! Perfect house for lots of privacy and family time.”

“The stay at Mrs. Doris' Ocean Pearl was wonderful. The cable was out in the room and the water went out the first day, but those were both beyond the hotel's control. Mrs. Doris was absolutely wonderful and was extremely accommodating. This is the perfect destination for those looking to get away from the world and slow down.
