"Everything was perfect except not working kitchen in the morning"

"Everyone was lovely there Filipa (I don’t know if I remember her name correctly), Main, Theo, and the whole team! The pool is great! The beach is great! Only couple pieces of advice, the sports desk should be a bit more friendly and smile (like the concierge and front desk who are amazing!) and also I wish the upstairs balcony area of the cafe was open at night as it would be great for traditional and Muslim friendly hangout for families, because the Belgium bar is not an option and some of us want to stay up late with our families and have something to eat late night and hangout. All in all a great hotel!"

"I flew in at noon with a 20 hour layover and a tour scheduled at 2. I didn't expect to be able to check in early, but they said no problem! The room was more than spacious and had all the amenities I needed -- iron, blow dryer, coffee maker, etc. I only wish I had more time to have been able to eat there! "
