“Another fantastic stay at “Special Place”. House is welcoming, clean, and spacious. Has everything you need including beach chairs, towels, beach toys, and bikes. Mark is a great host who is easy to get in touch with. We will definitely be back. ”

“We loved the cottage itself and location. It was outside of Nantucket but it was super easy to get to with the shuttle and the perk of being outside of town is that it was very peaceful. Lots to do on the island itself and surrounding areas. We would stay again. ”

“Mike was very hospitable! Property was Nantucket lovely: sunny; open floor plan; clean; and in a small community setting with a 1 mile walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. There were lots of towels/beach chairs/beach toys and close to Millie’s and Madaket Beach with great bike paths. Enjoy! ”

The house is very thoughtfully decorated and had absolutely everything we needed. I appreciated all the labels throughout the house and even the charging stations. We also appreciated having the flexibility of a/c in individual rooms when needed. We would absolutely rent here again and hope to again soon! ”

“Alicia and Carl have a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of books for all ages and a wonderful kitchen to prepare food at home. Close to Madaket beach and Harbor and a quick drive to anywhere on island.”
