“Everything was fine except for the fact that there was no running water the morning of my departure. I asked the front desk if there was anything they could offer in terms of compensation and they pretended not to hear my question.
I don’t like to complain but I had a 42 hour journey to Asia after I checked out and I really needed a shower that morning. Running water is a basic expectation for me when I choose a hotel but maybe that’s just me.
On the positive side, the hotel is newer and……
