Room was clean but could use some upgrades or paint and small fixes. Shower didn't keep its temperature. Bed was a bit hard, pillows kind of flat. Breakfast burriots where good but no other choices. My stay at the Brawley

I enjoyed my stay at the Brawley Inn. The check-in process was quick and friendly. The room was fresh, and clean, with a comfortable bed. Parking was readily available. A continental breakfast was provided. The hotel's location was convenient approximately 30 minutes from my planned destination, shopping and dining options in close about 10-15 minutes away.

The manager was very welcoming and friendly. Husband said the gym was well appointed for the size of the facility. The room was only ok. It was mostly just tired. Only two pillows on a king bed with no extras on the shelf. Linens and towels should be retired.

AC kept the room nice and cool. Basics were in the room. Although the the things in the room was very dated, like the TV and lack of USB chargers, the staff's service was really good and they were super nice. The only thing I was not a fan of was the thin walls. TV noise from the adjoining room could be heard. Also, one of the other guests woke us up at about 5AM with numerous f-bombs and threats to burn the entire place to the ground. Its not the staff's fault, but the walls do need to have more soundproofing.

The ac in my room was broken, but the staff in the front office gave us a new room with no problem. It was nice that they had a decent sized gym, the problem was that most of the machines were broken.
