“Beautiful property with lush romantic surroundings ”

“Faudra faire un effort sur le service et la disponibilité des emplyes, les téléphone ne marche pas dans mon appartement...les serviettes ne suffisaient pas vu que nous étions 5 personnes ”

“Personnel accueillant, gentil, bienveillant et respectueux Le cadre est agréable, juste le mobilier est un peu abimé, dans la chambre et également sur l’extérieur. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très complet et délicieux, le personnel est au petit soin Je recommande fortement ”

“Mal en la recepción, teniamos 3 habitaciones, 1 con cama doble y 2 con cama de matrimonio, y no las dan mal, tenemos que reclamar el cambio de 1 habitación. Una almohada con pelos de señora. El desayuno empezaba a las 7:30, bajamos a las 8:00 y el camarero llego a las 8:20, casi una hora tarde, una vergüenza ”

“I slept really well, as the hotel provided 2 different kinds of pillows to choose the most comfortable for your needs. Everything was clean and the hotel is located in quiet area.”

“Beautiful hotel in the very center of Azrou. As a solo traveler, expecting only a central location, a good bed and some rest is my priority. This hotel offers all of them. It of course needs some refurbishment, but the cleanliness of the sheets, spacy rooms were good. Definitely recommended if you have a short stop over in Azrou to explore around.”

“If you would like to spend time in country side, see the monkeys and walk around National park you definitely have to come here. We didn't have a car but Jamal was very helpful. It's quite close to the Nathional park, about 15 min from Azrou when you can go by share taxi. Food was delicious. ”

“We had high expectations of our stay at the chateau. Unfortunately we were not allowed to check in. The reservation, which I had prepaid, was not honored. We were told by the reception people they don’t work with Expedia/hofels.com. And therefore cannot let us in. This has never happened to me before. Such a big property and they kick us if? I still can’t believe. I’m not struggling to get a refund. The property would not even send a simple message to the booking website. Or to me. Complete……
