“Clean room, parking was limited but adequate. Room was comfortable enough and price was very good ”

“Evidently our reservation was cancelled and even though we had a confirmation number, the "system" didn't recognize it and they had no rooms available. Although, with the looks of the other guests and open containers of alcohol I think they did us a favor and we stayed at the Hampton Inn instead and enjoyed a beautiful and comfortable stay.”

“This was a confusing place to stay at and there was an issue with what I was charged to stay. Apparently, this property is owned by Radisson, which was the name on the building. Surface Hotel was on the other side (back of building) and there was a small etching only on the window identifying it. You could not enter through the door where the Surface sign was. Further, you had to walk all the way around to the other side (the Radisson side) to check in and check out. Very inconvenient. The……

“Hotel kept on really good condition. Staff was. A little less desirable, and I did not get the room I reserved (moved to two queens instead of one King).I would stay here again. ”

“The coffee at breakfast was good one day and very poor the next days. The coffee elevator was not very clean. The room had dirty spot on curtains and some Mold in corner of shower. ”
