“We were not able to even get inside the place. Instructions were sent a couple days before but it did not include an access instructions. Reached out to the host for access instructions and he responded after a couple hours. I sat in my car outside the property for an hour before calling VRBO customer support. The first agent couldn’t find any access information, the supervisor found it and I thought everything was going to be good. The host then responded with hard to understand communication……

“Don't go here. It's the worst place I've ever stayed at. It is listed it as almost all 10's and it shouldn't even be a 1. From the group of homeless people around the front door when we went in to the chipped off peeling walls in the lobby to the elevator that the floor looked like it was going to fall through torn all to pieces and the room that the furniture looked like had been pulled out of the dump, there was nothing good about this place.”
