"Stayed in a second floor room (have stayed at this hotel previously). Sweet aroma in hallway. Ants in bathroom and couple spiders in room. No batteries in remote. When I brought the ants to the attention of employee she just asked for my room number and made no additional comment. Definitely will not be staying here again. "

"I love everything about this hotel The staff was amazing I can't tell you how well I was treated It's been a nice change with the last two hotels I was at prior to this one and got treated terribly and then lost money because of discrimination being disabled and having a service dog they were very accommodating very kind and I will always stay there and tell everybody I know to do as well."

"We loved that the room was clean and quiet. Our first try 304, the TV didn’t work. We moved to 306. The faucets are super wonky. You either get a blast of pressure or a dribble. There’s no in between. And the bathroom faucet is loose. Needs attention. Last night there was garbage in the elevator and it was still there this morning. Thank you for the nice strong coffee in the room."

"Parking is around the corner in a public parking garage. You have to pay extra for parking (I think it was $10/day). Pool was cold so I didn't use it. On site food options were limited but nice and convenient to have a coffee shop in the lobby and coffee was good. Gym was also fully equipped and clean. Overall a good stay"
