“The hotel is located in a good spot. Close access to most everything you could need shopping and food wise. The staff were helpful. Though we took our DND sign off our door the one day we'd be gone all day to get our room cleaned up, trash emptied, new towels etc. They never came. So had to do all that ourselves. The only problem we had during our stay was with other guest. Booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool for our daughters birthday. There was another family staying there with……

“I checked in and was provided a room. My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time. The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night... I will never stay there again.”

“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened.
