I thought that it was average. I have stayed at other places that were a lot better for the same price. Service was mediocre, when we asked for clean sheets we were told sorry but we need 24 hour notice. We finally got a cleaning lady that had sheets on her cart. We changed our own sheets.

I thought it would be loud there, but actually nice and quiet. The weird thing I found was the drapes only were the sheer type, and no heavier drape to close and darken the room.

I stayed four days my room was not cleaned once! Can you imagine? And when I requested service I was told yes, and still never got my room cleaned. When I asked for fresh towels, the lady complained she had only two left and reluctantly gave me one.

Had an issue checking in was told expedia messed it up but fortunately i had my receipts and emails from expedia they wanted me to pay again. And after an hour in our room someone opened our locked room door. The front desk did apologize with an attitude i might say and stated they had computer trouble. 2nd day our keys didnt work and the front desk needed to re key them. The interior of the room was weathered looking. So for these reasons i gave them a poor rating

I liked very much the bathroom vanity/counter. It allowed you to unpack all your hygiene items and have them convenient. Liked that there was a night light. Lobby was nice lobby personnel were very friendly and never seemed miserable about being there. All of them consistently.

It was super nice! Not happy about being woke up 3 times by the people around our room at 1230 am, then again at 1 am and then 130 when they finally stopped when their pizza finally came!
