“Great small home base for two in Steamboat. The views really were excellent on the corner unit and we enjoyed reading with the shades open. There is a shared balcony so be ready to smile and wave as people walk by and wish they were staying here. Bonus was really tall shower heads. I'm 6'7" and didnt have to duck! The kitchen was complete with everything to make small meals for two. Lots of outlets and charging stations. Thanks for welcoming us well to Steamboat Springs!”

“We had a wonderful stay in Steamboat. We were there for the skiing and the shuttle picked us up right next to the parking lot. Communication with Ross was great, he made a few accommodations for us which we appreciated. The condo was newly renovated, with all new appliances. The kitchen was well stocked. We also enjoyed the hot tub, which was right outside our door.”

“We stayed here for a fun annual guy's ski trip. We've traveled around the country over the years and were excited to explore Steamboat - a first for several of us. The condo is in a great location, save for the lack of parking. You can easily walk to the slopes and the bus to town similarly picks up a block away. The bus ride is about 15 minutes into town, so if you're looking for an in-town vibe, look elsewhere. The unit itself was functionally satisfying. However, top to bottom, the unit……

“Overall the location can’t be beat. The property van will give you a ride anywhere you want to go. The only downside is the unit is somewhat worn, the TVs never worked during our entire stay (even though they tried multiple times to “6“ them) ceiling fan in the living room never worked. The TV was a big deal as we had planned a Super Bowl get together with friends, and us with it never working weren’t able to do that.”

“This condo had everything we needed. Enough beds for my three kids and a nice comfortable bed for my husband and myself. The kitchen was fully stacked and had plenty of room for me to cook. The location was perfect! Just a walk to the gondola that took you right to the base. We would love to stay there again.”

“Ski shuttle runs every 15 minutes, which was very convenient. The amenities were great, really enjoyed the hot tub, and the ski locker made it really convenient.”

“It's 1.4 miles to the base where you can catch a free shuttle into town. You can walk the road but there is no shoulder and coming back up at night or with groceries is grueling even if you are in good shape and love to hike. Other units in the same building offer a free shuttle service or people have a car. They should make the fact that you need a car much more clear in the listing. The airport shuttle will drop you off here and pick you up here but after that you are on your own. Uber is $25……
