"Exemplary staff! There was a huge snowstorm and one of the desk clerks came out and helped clear the foot of snow off my car! I thought that was amazing! The elevator was out of order and one of the housekeeping staff carried my heavy suitcase down to the lobby from the third floor without being asked. Wow!"

"Super bummed the hot tub wasn’t in working order. We chose this location due to our destination being on this side of town. Upon check-in, we were informed the hot tub was down. She of course apologized, and I’m sure it was out of her control, but no where on the site does it state the hot tub is down. I certainly would have found a different location to stay. I have mobility issues due to double knee replacement and a hot tub is part of my therapy. Overall our stay was fine, but the number 1 item o needed wasn’t accessible."
