“We were in town for a golf tournament and gathering afterwards and need a nice place to stay so we didn’t have to drive over 2 hours home late that nite. The room was lit up and easy to find. Parked right in front of our door. Easy couple minute drive into downtown Prescott for a wonderful breakfast Great place to stay. Owner was very easy to communicate with, sent a couple messages saying everything as ready for us.”

“I was unable to check in because the hotel cancelled all reservations for that weekend.I was informed that all refunds were issued and emails were sent out informing of cancellation. I did not receive an email informing me if the cancellation and I am still waiting for a refund. The host is not from the United States and they do not respond to emails. O top of everything else I noticed I was double charged for this booking as well. Very disappointed.”

“We picked this place as it was only a mile from our sons house who was celebrating his 40th birthday so we didn't spend much time there. It definitely had a style, leaning towards Goth, I would say, lots of grey and black but with pops of gold and blue. And I liked the "jungle room" design. The kitchen was very nice, the AC units kept the temp adequately cooled. And the balcony where we had our morning coffee and listened to the church bells was lovely. “The lobby was very dirty as we're the halls. Room was reasonably clean, but furniture battered with chunks of missing finish. The whole facility smelled strongly of pungent food being cooked, and tobacco smoke. There was no one at the desk for some time. When she finally turned up she said she was working an extra shift without relief and was about to lock up and leave. As it was only 5 pm I asked what would happen if we were later. She shrugged and said we'd have to call the 3rd party we……

“Well appointed spacious loft apartment. Comfortable King bed, with all the amenities I needed. Was there during extreme heat and the AC was wonderful. Prime location- both beautiful, and walkable for all my (and my dog's) needs. Host was very responsive and nice.”
