"Lovely quiet stay in spotless property. There was a minor issue with automated check-in not recognising room being pre-paid but this was rapidly sorted by receptionist as soon as they came on"

"Very nice and convenient stopover hotel. It may feel slightly tired at first glance, but rooms are practical and clean. Bathroom is small but well designed for the space. Water pressure in the shower is adequate, Front-desk service is excellent and swift; we arrived late in the evening with several suitcases, and we were immediately offered a ground floor room instead of our originally assigned room on a higher floor to accommodate us (without us even asking) which was extremely thoughtful. There is a wide parking area at the front of the hotel (shared with a restaurant next door) and the hotel is close to Bernay town centre which has plenty of food outlets and retail shops. We have rarely seen this level of service for the price of the room and can only encourage other travellers to use it."

"Would definitely stay again. Perfect as a stopover for driving in France. Mcdonalds and lidl next door lots of parking and close to main road links. Comfy quiet rooms we all slept Perfect. "

"What a lovely hotel. The staff was very friendly, the hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. My daughter and I enjoyed playing the games in the lounge and she also enjoyed the experience of using the bed which comes out of a closet. :)"

"Area was quiet with the metro nearby to take you to the heart of the city. Property was nice, clean and breakfast was good. Affordable underground secure parking. Great stay but there is little in the neighborhood to walk to for dining. "

"Perfectly situated for a mid holiday stop over. Reception were excellent no fuss getting checked in. Rooms adequate if not modernised but perfect for a family and all you need. Location is near a massive retail park 3 m ins drive where you can get some food in the evening hours. Breakfast was also spot on. Recommend a stay if passing."
