"As soon as I got off the elevator a nasty smell was overwhelming. The entire third floor stunk so bad. I went down and asked for another room. She said they were full and that the smell had something to go with construction in the building. I put a towel at the bottom of the door and that kept missy off the smell out."

"We booked this hotel specifically for the kitchen. What is ridiculous there is nothing that comes in the kitchen. Not even a fork! So, you have to bring or buy (from the hotel downstairs in their market) plates, cups, silverware, pot, pan, etc….. I’m not understanding the “convenience” of the kitchen if NOTHING is supplied. Next time we will just stay at Home 2 Home or somewhere else. By the way, I did try to buy a sponge in their “market” and the staff told me they don’t carry that. So you carry all of the products to cook and eat, just not to clean the items. There was only 1 luggage cart that has seen better days! The top was broken and when you tried to use it the poles came apart… I know I’m talking about a luggage cart, but when traveling with a family this is important. "
