“The place is quiet and clean, and the breakfast was good—not a huge buffet, but the service was fast and genuinely friendly, and the omelette was delicious. In fact, the whole staff is very friendly and professional, and the receptionist speaks very good English. The room was huge, but I couldn’t get hot water. “For a 5 star hotel, the rooms were not great. Water pressure in the shower was terrible and they put me in a room that was as far as possible from reception. It made no sense, considering the very few people staying at the hotel. The first receptionist had terrible customer service. When I returned at night after a long day of touring, the fellow at reception was on his phone and barely acknowledged me, even after I had to walk all the way back from my room because me key was not working.……

“The hotel is wonderful. Staff is super friendly. Only the food could be better. Scrambled eggs, pizza and french frites were not good but they have a big variety of food, so we could always find alternatives. If you travel with kids and they only eat pizza or french frites, well…then you can feed them on dessert or ice cream, because that was amazing :)”
