“Hard to fault this! We went in early December so both the hotel, airport and nearby area were rather empty; when it came to check out we were allowed to keep the room and stay in the resort with all the food and dinner for the day until we were ready to head to head to the airport in the evening. Hard to fault here! I can't think of anything more I would want from this hotel other than to spend more time there!”

“Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit als Familie und waren mit dem Robinson Club und dem Konzept sehr zufrieden. Wirklich sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter im Service, gutes Essen und Glück mit dem Wetter Ende Oktober. Einziger wirklich harter Kritikpunkt ist die Organisation der Tischvergabe beim Abendessen. Egal, wo man in der Reihe beim Anstehen vor Öffnung des Restaurants stand, gab es zu viele Gäste, die im Vollsprint zu den Tischen rasten, um sich diesen zu sichern. Kein Verhalten, das……

“I recently stayed at Eden Star Hotel Zarzis and unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. While the property itself has potential, the level of service was unacceptable. The interactions with the staff were consistently disappointing; there seemed to be a lack of basic professional courtesy and a complete disregard for guest concerns. Furthermore, the management appeared indifferent to resolving issues when they were raised. I cannot recommend this hotel until significant improvements……

“ entre mon heure d’arrivée à l’hôtel avec un agent de sécurité qui comprend rien et malgré mon mail de confirmation et ma réservation, l’hôtelier n’avait rien reçu. Donc m’a fait J’ai attendre deux heures sans un verre d’eau sur un petit banc. Ensuite on m’a remis un bracelet qui ne correspond pas au tout compris, j’ai dû payer mes consommations quant à la chambre, j’avais commandé un grand lit pour un anniversaire. Aucune décoration, deux petits lit, une literie complètement défoncée une……
