“A unique experience. A very simple, basic, but comfortable set up. We were camping without having to cart all the gear with us. Everything we needed was supplied down to the bear spray! The hosts were helpful and friendly. I would love to go back!”

“I felt like a guest in someone's home. It was relaxing and the bed very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the deer in the front yard daily. And just a short distance into town. ”

“Magical & cozy getaway! The tents are set apart from the owner’s house so you feel like you are in the middle of the forest, all by yourself! The tents are very appointed with a comfy bed and nice linens. The (interesting) composting toilet are just a short walk away from the tent. We drank champagne while looking at the amazing stars and enjoyed a good nights sleep!”

“Great stay. Nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. The property is on a gated private drive and has its own private beach access. We loved the walk down to the lake and didn’t see another person. Property was adorable and had all that you needed. Restaurants in town, Fire and Slice and Dewey were amazing. Perfect get away. ”

“A true paradise situated centrally to many attractions as mentioned in the description, with so much to do and see. It was hard to leave the property though as the cabin sits on 160 acres with a glacial creek loaded with trout about 50 yards from the front door. The neighboring land is that of 133,000 acres of National Forest with hiking trails, RV and tent camping and 10 lakes to explore. Lorena was a host second to none providing genuine kindness and as many travel tips as we needed. Kootenai……

“We booked through VRBO but we were completely unaware there was a second platform the property used to manage the community called Grand Welcome. Our experience with Grand Welcome was anything but welcoming. It was completely inadequate for the price point. We booked the incorrect dates to start, which was our oversight, but had to call multiple times to get reimbursed. Vrbo had listed the property as having a 100% refund if canceled by a certain time. We canceled within hours after realizing……
