It was a little weird to have to speak with an AI bot for check in or other requests, instead of a real front desk person, but I must say that he/she was efficient. The room was clean, specious and the nicest feature was the view onto South Beach. For the money we paid I would call it an excellent value.

Room was clean. We had a view of the ocean , which was nice. The location is convenient to everything. They offer what they call a breakfast, but it was a granola bar and coffee. Definitely well below what I would call a breakfast.

While I was a little nervous upon seeing the exterior of this place I was very pleased when I went into my room. It had been recently remodeled and was quite nice. Checkin was a bit strange over a computer in the lobby but the staff I met was quite nice. Having a beach right next door made for a lovely evening though there were some homeless people living back in the grasses, they didn't bother me at all.
