This hotel gives such a warm welcome and atmosphere. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. The adjoining restaurant serves amazing food, and the happy hour specials can’t be beat.

Rooms were a good size, though a bit worn. Things like hand prints on headboards and rust around bath drain and a bathroom sink drain that would not properly seal. Breakfast service was good, on par with a Hampton Inn or Fairfield Inn. One weird thing. You had to go up/down a step to enter or exit a room. A major trip hazard.

Safe was exceptionally kind and responsive. There was a small issue with the room which the team addressed immediately - even though everyone was very busy - the hotel was sold out that night. The brunch at the on-site restaurant was phenomenal. A great stay. Will be back.

The hotel is located along the beautiful Route 52, leading to Longwood Gardens. It’s a wonderful place to stay to when you want to visit this lovely botanical garden. Staff was helpful and engaging. It was great to have a good restaurant on site. The breakfast was typical, I would have liked it to be a bit more special. It was a good stay and I’m looking forward to returning.

The breakfast was awesome. We have seen a sofa in the picture that was not available in the room. The behavior of the staff at the counter while checking in needs improvement. Should be more welcoming, otherwise she was fine. The room was neat and clean, bathroom was very clean, nice. But my wife got a damp smell coming from the shower curtain and bed sheet. Otherwise everything was fine.
