I inquired about being permitted to park until check in and was offered an alternative parking across the street ($5 per day) or to leave our vehicle in the adjacent garage ($25 per day). The clerk also immediately checked us in, which was wonderful and saved time later. Our only hiccup was our remote control went missing after housekeeping cleaned the room and the front desk couldn't replace, but honestly, the trip wasn't about watching TV in the room. This was a huge inconvenience, especially since I am a returning customer and had messaged ahead of time to confirm parking availability. Either the policy did not make sense or it was not communicated properly by staff. Something was clearly incorrect, as the lot remained nearly empty all night. My only comment is that I asked at checkout if there was a diner nearby. The guy at the desk told me the closest diner was a few miles down Paoli Pike. Prompt polite desk service. Pool and fitness room. Everything you'd expect for breakfast with a nice view of the town, which is pretty and quaint. Very convenient covered parking behind the lobby (extra charge) is a big plus. Parking in a ramp a cross the street is free or nominal charge.
