“Beautiful property. Great (walkable) location to enjoy the city. Super breakfast. Front desk staff (Annalisa?) was exceptional! Went out of her way to help us make the absolute best use of our time. We booked this hotel specifically because it said “laundry facilities” and it was our laundry stop on a 16 day, 5 hotel stay . It should read “laundry services” as there are no facilities on site.
