Was traveling home from hurricane Laura's evacuation and was falling asleep at the wheel. Was decent. Guest laundry was closed and very needed

ome people don't think!

There were a number of empty rooms but instead of spreading guests out the clustered us all at one end. Probably because the young lady at the front desk has to clean the rooms as well and it's easier for her. Put another party in the room above me at midnight and they walked around for at least an hour.

This place smelled like mildew. No exhaust fan in the shower, actual mold on the shower curtain the staff were rude to us upon checking in. No idea why there were any good reviews on here. Honestly had no idea what I was walking into.

Needs More Ratings

We chose this hotel because it was rated “superb” on Hotels.com. We were disappointed. I give them high marks for the cleanliness of the parking lots and walkways. The shower was also top notch. On the negative side: our feet stuck to the carpet and the in-room coffee was only decaf. Some of the lamps were in need of replacing. The Regency is OK, but I don’t think most guests would rate it superb.

Great price Gray Place and quiet

This hotel the people that own it Keepsake clean is quiet Chase next to a Pizza Hut and a diner it's a reasonable price to stay somewhere if you need to get away or even for a business trip it may not be the Ritz-Carlton or the Westin but it's a really nice place and the price doesn't hurt your pocket

I will not stay there again . As soon as we get to our room the door is wide open . The bed stinked the lighting was horrible . The cable sucked . There was no wifi like they said

OK Hotel

This hotel is OK for the money. It is clean, nothing exciting, but an OK place to stay and rest. It is very quiet and there are restaurants within walking distance.

Yikes

There was one good things about this hotel--it seemed to be run by a family and they were nice. When we pulled up there was a truck that appeared to have exploded. It was cordoned off and charred. Of course we are put in the room right in front of the bomb. Our room smelled gross, like smoke and pets. The A/C unit was on its last leg. There were two half drank drinks in the fridge--disgusting--makes me think they do a thorough cleaning job. We had only one towel in our room and the bathroom smelled funny.

Not as advertised

The hotel is not in good shape, not at all like advertised. Coffee maker was broke, refrigerator was leaking water on the floor. Advertised a continental breakfast, the attendant at the front desk knew nothing about it.

The hotel was terrible. Holtels.com should not be promoting this facility on their website at all. Holes in the wall, flooring nasty, etc, etc.

I was so tired by the time I got here all I could do was crawl in bed. The next morning when I got up I started looking around. There were dirty towels and noticed that the other bed in the room that I didnt sleep on was not maid. I will not stay here again.
