"The room was tiny with enough space only for the bed. The floor was sticky and dirty. Virtually everything in the bathroom was broken and the bathroom floor was quite dangerous to walk on. Although the room rate included breakfast the hotel staff were reluctant to honour it. Next door to the hotel is a bar that blasted extremely loud music throughout the night. Very uncomfortable stay."

"Our stay for 3 nights was amazing from the reception staff, cleaners, restaurant staff & the meals were lovely. The Troy Mediterranean restaurant was great as was the Kahani restaurant, Ezekie was a great host as was the chef Vivek.
The Hotel is very close to Village Market , which you can walk to - well worth a visit and would recommend this Hotel.
My wife had fallen ill and the reception staff were very helpful and comforting.

"The staff is friendly, welcoming and flexible. The place is cozy - it was just what I was looking for. Very good breakfast, nice green garden, and I felt it was easy to ask for things (for example, I moved rooms to get a better internet connection) and it was no problem. Plus, it's unbelievably affordable. I felt safe, at ease, and rested very comfortably here. Highly recommend."
