“First of all, I tried to call front desk: No answer. Secondly, the internet strength was weak. Furthermore, the toilet pressure is weak and the heat of water while taking a shower is just lukewarm. I had to ask for fresh towels on my second day. Moreover, BOTH of my key cards DID NOT work the second day when I returned with hot food. I was highly upset when I had to return to the front desk to get them reset. Finally, while check out is at 11, the housekeeping barely knocked on the door at 10……

“I had a nice size room. I made reservations for 2 queen beds. I had one queen bed and a pull out sofa. I requested a cot. It was after midnight after requesting a cot for the 2nd time that I finally got it. The breakfast was minimal. Overall everything was ok.”
