“I REFUSED to check in that terrible offered “room that I booked through Expedia, a room package with airfare. When I arrived after long and exhausting flights, I was offered a “Cabin room” which is a room with no windows, not even one, not even a tiny one …!!! The kind check in clerk did his best to offer me another room, but the restaurant exhaust was right at my room level, and for a big difference in cost. No other room was available that night.
