"Overall, a good airport hotel. Pros: Comfortable bed, good breakfast with variety of food, beautiful lobby, excellent location if you need to depart early. The train station is next to the hotel and there are a supermarket and a 24-hr convenient store in the arrival hall, only 1 min walk from the hotel entrance. Cons: No slippers in the room. When I asked the front desk staff, he said they had slippers but cost €5. The water in the shower is so very slow and weak. It’s raining outside, but they do not lend umbrellas to hotel guests."

"Staff is very helpful and nice. They are very willing to help. The hotel is clean. I accidentally made a wrong booking which was found just before arrival. The hotel staff was very friendly to provide assistance. I can stay in the hotel successfully with their rearrangement. It is not far away from the train station. Moreover it is close to the river side which is near to the Arctic Museum. This is a good place to see the northern light. I truely recommend this hotel."
