“Cozy perfection! Unbelievable views of the Ohio River, with lots of great towboat and barge action. Pike Island lock is viewable. Such a quiet place, big enough for the 2 of us. Loved the swivel recliners, we found ourselves turned around and watching the river, even though there is a huge TV in the living room and the bedroom. Bed was comfy, kitchen and bathroom has everything we needed. I SO want to come back and stay again! Thank you!!”

One little hiccup was we didn't receive check in details by the time we arrived, however when I called the host he was able to get me the information I needed within minutes so it wasn't a big inconvenience.The house was extremely clean, the kitchen was big and had everything we needed except I couldn't find a cutting board but no biggie. “We arrived and had not received and communication regarding check-in. When I put the address in to the Uber, so we can be dropped off, we were sent to the wrong location. I thought we were scammed. I was able to communicate with the property manager and he corrected everything and gave me the correct address. The house itself is beautiful and has obviously been carefully restored/remodeled. There were plenty of rooms for all 11 of us. The kitchen was large and well stocked.
