“We were thrilled to arrive and find a spotless, very well stocked cottage walking distance to the cute downtown Troy center with restaurants, cafes and historic houses. We stayed 5-nights and had everything we needed to cook meals for the family, I even baked a cake. There were extra toiletries in case we forgot anything, to a of towels and extra linens. “House was wonderful and worked out well. We were in town for a family reunion and had 3-familes stay at the house (6 adults and 4 children under 3 years old). House was well kept and owner was very communicative. There was a long list of house rules, but none of them were really restrictive, but it was quite a lengthy read. One of the bedrooms was in the basement, which caught us by surprise, but it all worked out. We would absolutely stay again. ”
